The program is led by mentors experienced in requirements management, process improvement, and digital product delivery across industries.
No. The program starts with core concepts and progresses through realistic case work. Interest in business processes and problem solving is enough.
Coding knowledge is not required. Core system, data, and integration concepts that support collaboration with engineering teams are covered through cases.
You prepare a stakeholder map, process flow, requirements list, user stories, acceptance criteria, scope notes, and a final analysis presentation.
The tool list is finalized before the cohort. You work with examples of flowcharts, process maps, requirements documents, and work tracking tools.
In addition to live sessions, plan around 4-6 hours per week for reading, analysis work, and final case preparation.
Participants who complete the attendance, assignments, and final case requirements receive an e-certificate.
