Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy explains how one-to-one expert sessions are confirmed, delivered digitally, and handled when a cancellation or refund is requested.
1. Digital service delivery
MySupervise does not ship physical goods. The purchased service is a 30 or 60-minute one-to-one secure online video session with the selected expert at the date and time shown in the order summary.
Where expert approval is required, payment follows approval. With instant booking, successful payment confirms the appointment. The private meeting link appears in the dashboard for confirmed appointments and may be used only by the appointment parties.
2. Payment summary
The payment page separately shows the selected duration, expert service fee excluding VAT, VAT amount, and total due. The appointment is not paid until iyzico confirms success. Card details are processed by iyzico and are not stored by MySupervise.
3. Client cancellation tiers
- At least 24 hours before: 100% of the amount paid.
- 12–24 hours before: 50% of the amount paid.
- Less than 12 hours before: no operational refund.
- Client no-show: no operational refund.
4. Expert or platform cancellation
If the expert cancels, does not attend, or the service cannot be delivered because of a MySupervise issue, a full refund of the amount paid is initiated, or the appointment is rescheduled with the client's express agreement.
For connectivity issues, support reviews technical and appointment-status records—not session content—to assess rescheduling or a refund case by case.
5. Refund request and method
- Use the dashboard cancellation action or email merhaba@mysupervise.com with the appointment number.
- The refund percentage is calculated from the time between the cancellation request and scheduled start, and is shown before confirmation.
- An approved refund is returned through iyzico to the original card where possible. Posting time depends on iyzico and the cardholder's bank.
- For a partial refund, VAT and other amounts are calculated proportionally in the transaction record.
6. Statutory rights
These operational tiers do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Defective or undelivered services, statutory withdrawal rights, and other legal remedies are assessed separately.
