Expert Service Provider Agreement

The expert independently delivers sessions within the scope of their profile using their own knowledge and experience. This draft alone does not create employment, agency, partnership, or representation. Tax, invoicing, licensing, and professional obligations remain with the expert according to their status.

The expert must provide accurate, current, and verifiable identity, experience, expertise, career, organization/position, and verification information. Misleading titles, guarantees, or competency claims are prohibited. The platform may conduct editorial or verification review before publication.

• The expert timely delivers only the 30/60-minute sessions opened and accepted in their availability.
• Client notes and personal data are used only to prepare and deliver the session and remain confidential.
• Secure join links are not shared, sessions are not recorded without authorization, and platform security is not bypassed.
• No unauthorized regulated professional service or guaranteed medical, legal, investment, or other outcome may be offered.

The expert sets VAT-exclusive service prices for both 30 and 60 minutes. Applied VAT, platform commission, client total, and expert entitlement are snapshotted on each appointment. Payout eligibility follows the current transaction entitlement based on delivery, cancelling party, refund tier, partial refunds, and review state. Held amounts are excluded from automatic payout.

Failure by the expert or platform may lead to a full refund or client-approved rescheduling and may reduce entitlement to zero. A late client cancellation may create proportional entitlement under the recorded policy. Suspicious, partial, or indeterminate provider outcomes are held for manual review.

The expert provides accurate bank, invoice, and requested supporting information. Minimums, review, and payment states appear in the dashboard. Tax classification varies by individual circumstances; the platform does not provide tax advice.

Profiles may be unpublished for deceptive information, security violations, misconduct, repeated non-attendance, or legal risk. Termination does not remove mandatory retention of historical financial/audit records or the need to settle open transactions.
