Distance Service and Sales Terms
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These framework terms describe one-to-one expert sessions purchased through MySupervise. Transaction-specific details and the final total are always shown in the pre-payment order summary.
1. Parties and the platform’s role
The client is the user purchasing an appointment. The expert is the independent service provider delivering the one-to-one session within the scope shown on their profile. MySupervise operates the platform and facilitates profile, calendar, booking, communication, payment, and operational processes between the parties; it is not the direct provider of the one-to-one session.
The pre-payment order summary identifies the expert, date, duration, and prices. It also shows the platform operator's configured legal name, address, phone, and support email; missing operator fields are clearly flagged and must be completed by the platform owner before commercial use. Those details and the electronic acceptance record form part of the transaction.
2. Service scope
- The service is a 30 or 60-minute one-to-one session with the selected expert through a secure online video meeting.
- The scope follows the expert profile, selected topics, request message, and preparation answers.
- The expert may request more context and may reject requests that are inappropriate or outside their expertise.
- The session shares experience and perspective. It does not guarantee any business, career, medical, legal, investment, or financial result.
- No physical goods, group programs, or continuing subscriptions are included in this purchase.
3. Booking and approval flow
- The client selects an available 30/60-minute option and time.
- If expert approval is enabled, the request goes to the expert before payment. With instant booking, payment completion confirms the appointment.
- The appointment is not final until payment succeeds. Its payment state appears in the dashboard and notifications.
- A private online meeting link is generated for a confirmed appointment and shared in the authorized parties' dashboards.
4. Price, tax, and payment
Before payment, the order shows three separate amounts: the expert service fee excluding VAT, VAT, and the client total, together with duration and currency. Expert payout and platform commission may appear separately in the expert dashboard and must not be confused with the client total.
Payment uses iyzico's hosted flow and 3D Secure where required. MySupervise does not store the card number or security code. A failed bank/iyzico authorization does not count as payment.
5. Digital delivery and attendance
The service is performed through the online session at the date/time in the order summary; there is no physical delivery. The client is responsible for working internet, a supported browser, and camera/microphone, and both parties must attend on time.
The private meeting link is for the appointment parties only and must not be shared. Unauthorized recording or distribution is prohibited.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If performance is requested before a statutory withdrawal period ends, any legally required express request/acknowledgment should be collected at checkout; statutory exceptions may apply after the service is performed.
The operational cancellation tiers are: 100% at least 24 hours before the session, 50% between 12 and 24 hours, and 0% under 12 hours. If the expert or MySupervise cannot provide the service, the client receives a full refund or may accept rescheduling. See the Delivery and Refund Policy.
7. Requests, disputes, and contact
For support, cancellation, or transaction disputes, email merhaba@mysupervise.com with the appointment number. Any mandatory consumer-board, court, or other statutory remedies remain available.
