Terms of Use
Version: 2026-08-04
This draft explains the general rules for a MySupervise account and platform use. These terms are accepted separately and mandatorily at registration.
1. Platform and account scope
MySupervise is a marketplace that helps clients discover independent experts and manage availability, bookings, and payments. MySupervise is not the expert delivering the session and does not guarantee an advisory outcome.
Users must provide accurate, current information and protect their accounts. Client, expert, and admin permissions are separate; attempts to bypass role restrictions are prohibited.
2. Booking, payment, and cancellation
The 30/60-minute option, VAT-exclusive service fee, VAT, and client total appear before the transaction. Confirmation, attendance, cancellation, and refund rules follow the Distance Service and Sales Terms and Delivery and Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable use
- Illegal, deceptive, harassing, or rights-infringing content and requests are prohibited.
- Private session links may not be shared, and sessions may not be recorded or distributed without authorization.
- Users may not manipulate platform security, payments, reviews, or appointment records.
4. Content, outcomes, and availability
Expert sessions share experience and perspective; they do not guarantee medical, legal, investment, financial, career, or commercial outcomes. Users remain responsible for their decisions.
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, security, third-party services, or force majeure. Subject to mandatory rights, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
5. Account closure and retained records
Accounts may be restricted for violations, security, or legal requirements. On closure, login and identity data may be anonymized where applicable, while financial, booking, and audit records may be retained for legal or operational obligations. Closure may be delayed while active appointments or unsettled payment/payout processes exist.
6. Operator and contact
Configured operator details
One or more mandatory legal-name, address, phone, or support-email fields have not yet been configured by the platform owner. This draft must not be treated as ready for commercial use until those operator details are complete.
