Privacy and Personal Data
Last updated: August 4, 2026
MySupervise is an expert platform that connects clients with independent experts for 30 or 60-minute one-to-one online sessions. This notice explains what platform data is processed and why.
1. Data we process
- Account, identity, and contact data: name, email, verified phone, account role, and session information.
- Expert profile data: photo, bios, expertise and topics, work/career history, company, title, LinkedIn URL, availability, price preferences, and payout-request information.
- Appointment data: selected expert, 30 or 60-minute duration, date/time, preparation answers, request message, status, cancellation, and review records.
- Transaction and billing data: expert service fee, VAT, customer total, commission, expert payout, identity-document type and number, billing address, city, country and postcode, iyzico transaction reference/result, and refund status. MySupervise does not retain the card number, security code, payment identity number, or billing address in its database.
- Technical and support data: IP, device/browser, security and error logs, support messages, and preference records.
- Measurement data produced by Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog only when you consent.
2. Why we use data
We use data to operate accounts and role-based dashboards, publish expert profiles, manage availability and appointments, track payment/refund status through iyzico, create secure online meeting rooms, notify the parties, provide support and security, and meet legal or financial obligations.
Depending on the activity, processing may rely on performance of a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent. Marketing and non-essential measurement depend on your affirmative choice.
3. Data sharing on the platform
- Your chosen expert sees your name, appointment time, request message, and preparation answers only to prepare for and provide the session.
- A published expert profile contains the bio, expertise, career, pricing, and availability information the expert makes public.
- To process payment, the verified phone, identity-document type and number, billing address, city, country and postcode are transferred to iyzico. These payment inputs are not written to the MySupervise database. The room name/link, scheduled duration, and technical participation status needed for an online session may be shared with our video provider Daily only as necessary to deliver and secure the service. Notification and infrastructure data may be shared with our email/SMS, hosting, database, and security providers.
- Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog load only after cookie consent. Their international transfer and retention practices are also governed by their policies.
- Data may be disclosed in response to valid requests from legally authorized authorities.
4. Session and recording data
To deliver, access-control, and troubleshoot an appointment, MySupervise and our video provider Daily may process the private room name/link, scheduled start/end, room-creation state, and technical participation outcome. MySupervise does not automatically record session content, and cloud recording is not enabled by default for Daily rooms.
If a participant records using their own device, that participant is responsible for providing any required notice and obtaining permission.
5. Cookies and choices
Essential or functional records may support login, security, language, and your consent choice. Analytics and advertising measurement tools do not load until you select “Accept.” Rejecting does not prevent account use, booking, or payment. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
6. Retention, security, and your rights
Data is retained only for the relevant purpose and applicable contractual, dispute, or legal retention period, then deleted, anonymized, or access-restricted. We use reasonable access, authorization, logging, and encryption measures, but no internet system can promise absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about processing, request access or correction, request deletion, learn about recipients, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent by emailing merhaba@mysupervise.com. We may request information to verify your identity.
