Privacy and Personal Data

• Account, identity, and contact data: name, email, verified phone, account role, and session information.
• Bootcamp application data: selected program, phone, LinkedIn or portfolio link, experience summary, motivation, availability, and form answers.
• Instructor and mentor data: photos, biographies, expertise, work and teaching experience, company, title, and shared professional links.
• Service and transaction records: program correspondence, attendance and assessment information where applicable, payments, invoices, and refunds. Dates, durations, preparation answers, and financial records from previous services may be retained for the required period. MySupervise does not store card numbers or security codes.
• Technical and support data: IP, device/browser, security and error logs, support messages, and preference records.
• Measurement data produced by Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog only when you consent.

We use data to operate accounts, receive and assess bootcamp applications, determine program suitability, communicate outcomes and participation details, deliver learning and project activities, handle payments/refunds where applicable, provide support and security, and meet legal obligations. Application details are sent to an authorized MySupervise team email address for assessment.

Depending on the activity, processing may rely on performance of a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent. Marketing and non-essential measurement depend on your affirmative choice.

• Application data is accessible only to authorized people responsible for assessment and program operations. Instructors and mentors receive only information necessary to deliver the program.
• Sharing candidate or project information with partner companies is explained in the relevant application process, subject to the required legal basis and permissions.
• For paid services, necessary billing and transaction data is shared with the payment provider. Email/SMS, hosting, database, video, and security providers may process notification and infrastructure data as necessary to provide the service.
• Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog load only after cookie consent. Their international transfer and retention practices are also governed by their policies.
• Data may be disclosed in response to valid requests from legally authorized authorities.

Class links, schedules, and necessary technical attendance data may be processed to deliver live training and resolve access issues. If classes will be recorded, participants are informed beforehand about the purpose, access, and use of recordings. Access to recordings is not promised unless stated on the program page.

If a participant records using their own device, that participant is responsible for providing any required notice and obtaining permission.

Essential or functional records may support login, security, language, and your consent choice. Analytics and advertising measurement tools do not load until you select “Accept.” Rejecting does not prevent account use or bootcamp applications. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Data is retained only for the relevant purpose and applicable contractual, dispute, or legal retention period, then deleted, anonymized, or access-restricted. We use reasonable access, authorization, logging, and encryption measures, but no internet system can promise absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about processing, request access or correction, request deletion, learn about recipients, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent by emailing merhaba@mysupervise.com. We may request information to verify your identity.
